How do I return an item?
Our Guarantee & Return Policy
We guarantee our products and packaging to be free of defective workmanship such as broken seals, missing components, spoilage and shipping damage. We also guarantee our products to be delivered to you in a well-refrigerated state. If you encounter any of these issues, just notify us and we will make it right.
We cannot guarantee the flavor or spiciness of our products will always meet your expectations since those attributes are subjective and tastes difer regionally throughout the country. What we do guarantee is that our products will be wholesome and the highest quality possible. We think you will like that great Tennessee Pride flavor too.
Due to the perishable nature of our products, no returns are permitted without prior authorization from our customer service department. Prior to requesting a Returned Merchandise Authorization (RMA), you must contact our Consumer Relations Department at 615-868-1360. Be prepared to give them the following information:
- Your invoice number
- Your name and address (for verification purposes)
- The product code date printed on the side of the package(s)
- The reason for the return
