All orders received by 12:00 a.m. (midnight) on Thursday, will be shipped the following Tuesday for delivery on Thursdsay that same week.
For example: If you order your products on Tuesday, the 1st day of the month, the order would ship on Tuesday the 8th and you should receive it on Thursday the 10th. If you ordered on Thursday the 10th, the order would ship on Tuesday the 15th and be delivered on Thursday, the 17th.
All Odoms Tennessee Pride Sausage products are shipped frozen from our distribution centers.
From May through September, we ship using next-day air in order to ensure the quality of the product when you receive it. During the months of October through April we ship using second-day air.
Please make the necessary arrangements to receive your shipment when it is delivered. Tennessee Pride cannot be responsible for product quality if the delivery cannot be made when scheduled.
SHIPPING IS AVAILABLE FOR THE CONTINENTAL UNITED STATES ONLY. No shipments will be made to Alaska or Hawaii or any location outside of the USA. SHIPPING MUST BE MADE TO A VALID STREET ADDRESS -- WE CANNOT SHIP TO A POST OFFICE BOX.
